Labor Relations Consultant

Downs Rachlin Martin is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join their labor relations consulting team. The team’s objective is to facilitate effective, pro-active labor relations for a variety of clients. We thrive on solving difficult problems in a challenging environment. The keys to our success are building relationships, establishing appropriate and respectful boundaries, and maintaining the focus on the essential objectives. Client service is paramount. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment. SHRM certification is a plus. We are looking for someone who is passionate about good process, fair treatment, and effective work relationships.
