Rattigan and Dingemans Miller make Chambers USA debut.
(Burlington, Vt.) Attorneys Elizabeth K. Rattigan and Willemien Dingemans Miller are new this year to the roster of 19 attorneys at the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC who are recognized in Chambers USA 2016. Both attorneys are based in DRM’s Lebanon, N.H., office.
