HR Café | The Future of Remote Work

The future of remote work

We used to think that a flexible work arrangement was “telecommuting” one afternoon per week. The workplace has certainly changed drastically in one year. What have we learned from these changes? Will they survive into the future? Is your organization ready for these changes?

On April 7, the DRM HR Café will explore the future of remote work and other flexible work arrangements in a post-pandemic workplace. John Maitland and Betsy Bishop, president of the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, will facilitate a conversation about the impact remote work has had on business productivity, workplace culture and employee expectations for flexibility.
