Attorney Krista Gay has joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC.

Krista joins DRM after practicing labor and employment law as an associate for a renowned international law firm in their New York City office.

Prior to entering private practice, Krista completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also previously worked as Assistant Corporate Counsel in the Labor & Employment Division of the New York City Law Department, and as a Staff Attorney at Arkansas Legal Services. Krista obtained her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where she was Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.

Krista is a southern Vermont native, and currently lives in Athens, VT. She is based out of DRM’s Brattleboro office.
