AT&T Advance Notice: Berlin, VT Collocation Project

New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T") is proposing to install telecommunications antennas and equipment at an existing American Tower Corp. telecommunications facility at 523 Three Mile Bridge Road, Berlin, Vermont, on land owned by Bradley Towne.  Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents AT&T in connection with the Project. Pursuant to 30 V.S.A. § 248a, this website, as well as the accompanying letter and exhibits, are intended to provide 60 days advance notice that AT&T intends to submit to the Vermont Public Utility Commission (“PUC”) a petition for approval to install the Facility at the Site.
