AT&T Petition for Certificate of Public Good: 19 Quarry Court, St. Albans, VT

New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the construction and installation of a wireless communications facility (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) on an existing tower on property located at 19 Quarry Court, St. Albans, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by Cable Holdco Exchange III LLC d/b/a Comcast Cable Communications and managed by American Tower Corporation. If you have any comments or would seek to intervene / request a public hearing, you must submit comments to the Public Utility Commission using its ePUC platform by no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
