New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to construct and install a new communications support structure and wireless communications facility (the “Facility” or “Project”) in the Thetford Town Forest off of Five Corners Road, Thetford, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by the Town of Thetford.
