On July 12, 2019, after a 5-day trial, a Vermont federal jury returned a verdict of $3.66 million in favor of Walter Judge and Jen McDonald’s client, Mansfield Heliflight, Inc. Mansfield Heliflight is a Vermont-based aviation company. The Defendant is an aircraft brokerage company based in New Jersey. The case involved allegations of fraud and tortious interference against the Defendant concerning the purchase and sale of a Gulfstream corporate jet. The verdict included both compensatory and punitive damages against the Defendant. The Defendant was represented by an international litigation firm.
