Overview

Jonathan Ursprung counsels business owners and investors on scalable growth strategies

Beyond helping companies navigate complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and business restructurings, Jonathan Ursprung is driven to see his clients’ businesses grow. Efficient in his methods and transparent in his communications, Jonathan successfully counsels companies in the life sciences, technology, healthcare, consumer goods and software industries on business formation, general financing and venture capital. He also advises a wide variety of investors to assure the effective and sound deployment of capital.

Prior to joining DRM, Jonathan was a corporate transactional partner in Boston. Jonathan also served as in-house counsel for a New England-based energy generation company, and for the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.

When not in the office, Jonathan makes time to ski and hike around the Mad River Valley, and plays the guitar.
