Laura Bezio is a leader in the ever-changing world of e-discovery. She utilizes her technological knowledge to coordinate client document databases from the beginning of a case through trial. Laura’s ability to work across practice areas is the key to the review, organization and database maintenance of a variety of client files, whether litigation or regulatory in nature.
Laura is instrumental in preparing any case for trial, and is regularly tasked with compiling relevant pleadings and maintaining exhibits. She creates demonstrative deposition and trial exhibits in-house, and assists with trial presentations. Laura works closely with attorneys and clients to establish cost-effective solutions for document management, real estate closings and complex financing matters.
- Having successfully trained on new litigation management software, Laura works with litigators to incorporate cases and teach clients about e-discovery changes and the increased volume of materials that are considered relevant to litigation. She continues to attend trainings to keep up with the constant changes to electronic files.
- Works with attorneys and clients to find cost-effective solutions to document management and file storage options. She is a valuable resource for clients requiring litigation holds.
- Handled multiple complex financing matters for local businesses. Her role in these matters varies because she is able to perform title work, draft real estate closing documents and manage large due diligence files. Laura has assisted attorneys with the purchase and sale of property located in southern Vermont.

Laura is very active in her community through school, church and other activities. She is currently the president of the Erving Elementary School PTO and is also the secretary of the Erving School Council. In addition, Laura was appointed to be a member of the Erving School Regionalization Committee. She is starting her 6th year as a Girl Scout leader and her 3rd year as a volunteer for 4-H in Franklin County. Laura is a member of a Relay for Life team and volunteers at the event every June. She serves as a religious education teacher at Our Lady of Peace Church, where she also sings in the choir.
