Laura utilizes her technological knowledge to coordinate client document databases from the beginning of a case through trial. She collaborates with many people across many practice areas to implement cost-effective solutions for document management, real estate closings, and complex financing matters. She approaches all her work with an attitude of continuous improvement, and her favorite hobbies include musical theater, documentaries, and family hikes – especially with her amazing canine, Canis.

Experience
- Having successfully trained on new litigation management software, Laura works with litigators to incorporate cases and teach clients about e-discovery changes and the increased volume of materials that are considered relevant to litigation. She continues to attend trainings to keep up with the constant changes to electronic files.
- Works with attorneys and clients to find cost-effective solutions to document management and file storage options. She is a valuable resource for clients requiring litigation holds.
- Handled multiple complex financing matters for local businesses. Her role in these matters varies because she is able to perform title work, draft real estate closing documents and manage large due diligence files. Laura has assisted attorneys with the purchase and sale of property located in southern Vermont.
